The Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 5 qualification is designed for senior practitioners, deputy managers and registered managers responsible for leading adult care services. This programme equips you with the strategic leadership, governance and operational management skills required to run safe, effective and high-quality services in line with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and current legislation.

It is widely recognised as the benchmark qualification for Registered Managers in adult social care.

• Level 5 Leader in Adult Care Apprenticeship (employer-funded route)

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (Advanced Learner Loan eligible)
