The Lead Adult Care Worker Level 3 qualification is designed for experienced care staff ready to take on greater responsibility within residential homes, supported living services, domiciliary care or community settings.

This programme develops leadership capability, advanced care practice and accountability in line with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and current sector legislation.

If you are working as a senior care assistant, team leader or experienced support worker, this course supports your progression into supervisory roles.

• Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship (employer-funded)

• Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (Advanced Learner Loan eligible)
