The Team Leader / Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship is designed for individuals who are responsible for managing people, projects or operational delivery within their organisation. This programme develops practical leadership capability, communication skills and operational management knowledge aligned to the occupational standard approved by the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education. This is ideal for new or aspiring team leaders across health and social care, business, retail, logistics, hospitality and other sectors.

Who Is This Course For?

This course could be for Team Leaders, Supervisors, Shift Leaders, Senior Support Staff and First-line Managers. The apprenticeship is employer-funded and delivered in line with guidance from the Department for Education.
